8:00 - 8:30 AM: Hotel Pickup. Our friendly guide will meet you and begin your journey to explore the vibrant city of Hanoi.
8:45 AM: Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda Situated on Golden Fish Island in West Lake, this 6th-century pagoda is the oldest in Hanoi.
9:30 AM: Discover the Ho Chi Minh Complex
- View the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh at the Mausoleum (closed on Mondays, Fridays, and from June 15 to August 15 for annual maintenance).
- Stroll through the gardens and see the two houses where Ho Chi Minh lived and worked (1954–1969).
- Explore the One Pillar Pagoda, a unique structure dedicated to the Goddess of Mercy.
Dress modestly (cover shoulders and knees) when visiting the mausoleum, temples, and pagodas.
11:15 AM: Visit the Vietnam Ethnology Museum
Gain insight into the cultures of Vietnam’s 54 ethnic groups. (Note: On Mondays, the itinerary will substitute the Vietnam Women’s Museum as the Ethnology Museum is closed.)
12:45 PM: Enjoy Lunch
Savor authentic Vietnamese cuisine with a selection of 6–8 delicious dishes at our restaurant.
2:00 - 2:15 PM: Explore the Temple of Literature
Visit Vietnam’s first university, established in the 11th century, and immerse yourself in its serene and historic atmosphere.
3:15 PM: Hoa Lo Prison Museum
Learn about the history of this prison, originally used by French colonists for political prisoners and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war. It became known as the "Hanoi Hilton" during the Vietnam War.
4:15 - 4:30 PM: End of Tour
Return to your hotel, concluding a memorable day in Hanoi.
